Sometimes you need help with the house for one visit. Eco Clean QLD offers one-off cleaning across Brisbane without a recurring schedule. We agree what needs doing, how much time to allow and the price before confirming your appointment.
One appointment, with the right scope
A one-off booking describes how often you want help. The condition of your home determines the cleaning it needs. If you are a new residential client, your first appointment is a deep clean. If we have cleaned for you before and the home is maintained, you can request a one-off maintenance visit.
This makes it possible to arrange a single clean without treating built-up grease or bathroom deposits as if they were routine maintenance. Tell us if the home has changed since your previous appointment so we can reassess the time.
Useful when you want an extra pair of hands
You might be preparing for visitors, catching up after a busy period or wanting help with the rooms you use most. We can focus on your agreed priorities, including kitchens, bathrooms, accessible surfaces and floors. Optional work such as oven interiors, internal windows or linen changes is quoted separately.

What a maintenance clean covers
The usual scope includes kitchen benchtops, splashback, cooktop, sink, microwave inside and out, and appliance exteriors; bathroom fixtures, shower, bath, toilet and mirrors; accessible surface and skirting dusting; vacuuming and mopping. Your quote sets out the agreed work for your home.
An estimate that reflects the actual work
The minimum booking is two hours. The total depends on the scope, condition and extras, and a whole property may need more time. Start with the calculator, then send your details for review. The estimate does not reserve an appointment: the booking is confirmed after we agree the price, date and time.

Questions
Do I need to sign up for regular cleaning?
No. You can request one appointment. If you later want weekly or fortnightly visits, we can discuss a regular schedule and current availability.
Can I book a regular-rate clean as a first-time customer?
Your first residential appointment is a deep clean and is assessed on that basis. Choosing a one-off visit does not change the first-clean requirement.
Can you remove every stain in one visit?
We assess the surface and the mark before deciding what can be cleaned safely. Permanent damage and some staining cannot be reversed by cleaning, and specialist restoration is outside our service.
