How your home cleaning appointment works
A good cleaning appointment starts with a clear plan. Here is how Eco Clean QLD takes your enquiry from an initial estimate to a confirmed visit and a final check of the work.
01Tell us about your home
Choose the cleaning service and share your suburb, bedrooms, bathrooms, approximate size and current condition. Mention pets, delicate surfaces and the tasks that matter most to you. Select extras or describe them in your notes. Photos can help us assess detailed areas more accurately.
02Review the scope and estimate
The calculator gives an indication based on your answers. The owner reviews the details and may ask questions or request photos before agreeing the scope and price with you. Every new residential client starts with a deep clean; later visits can move to regular maintenance if you wish.
03Confirm the appointment together
Your booking is confirmed after the price, date and time are agreed. Sending an enquiry does not reserve a slot. If you need an Airbnb turnover, include both checkout and the next check-in time so we can assess the available window.
04Prepare access and the areas to be cleaned
You do not need to clean the house first. Where practical, clear toys, clothing and personal items from surfaces so more of the appointment can be spent cleaning. Ensure water and electricity are available, mention fragile items and arrange how pets will be kept clear of the work.
You can be home or provide an agreed way to enter. Discuss keys, entry arrangements and how the home should be secured before the appointment. If you have booked cupboard, wardrobe or fridge interiors, agree how those areas will be made accessible.
05Cleaning and a final check
The owner arrives with cleaning products and equipment and follows the agreed priorities. Products and methods are selected for the surfaces. The completed work is checked before leaving. Any additional tasks and their cost are discussed before extra work begins.
06Completion and the next visit
If you are out, we can let you know when the cleaning is finished and the home is secured. Photos can be arranged. If you notice a detail that needs attention, contact the owner to discuss it. For ongoing care, agree a weekly or fortnightly schedule based on your home’s needs and availability.

Do I need to leave cleaning supplies out?
No. We bring products and equipment. Tell us about preferred products or special care instructions in advance so we can discuss them.
Can I change my cleaning priorities?
Tell us before the visit where possible. Different tasks can affect the time and cost, so we agree the updated scope rather than assuming extra work fits the original booking.
