Start life in your next home with the cleaning taken care of. Eco Clean QLD offers move-in cleaning in Brisbane, planned around the property’s condition and the spaces you can make accessible before settling in. For new residential clients, this begins with a tailored deep clean.
Plan the clean around your move
Tell us when you receive the keys, when furniture or boxes will arrive and which rooms will be accessible. An empty or partly empty home can make some areas easier to reach, but the cleaning time still depends on the condition and the tasks you want completed. Confirm that water and electricity will be available.
Choose the areas you want ready first
- Kitchen surfaces, cooktop, sink, splashback and appliance exteriors.
- Bathrooms, including showers, basins, toilets, mirrors and suitable fittings.
- Accessible surfaces, skirting and agreed detail in bedrooms and living areas.
- Vacuuming and mopping suitable floors.
- Additional work on accumulated dirt within the agreed deep-clean scope.
Add interiors and detail where needed
Oven and fridge interiors, internal windows, window tracks, empty kitchen cupboards, drawers and wardrobes can be added to your quote. Please identify these at the enquiry stage and arrange access to the areas being cleaned. They are not automatically included simply because the property is empty.
A home clean before you move in
This service prepares a home for you to occupy. It is not a bond clean, end-of-lease service or real-estate inspection guarantee. Carpet steam cleaning, building-work clean-up, specialist remediation and surface restoration are outside the service described here.

Can you clean cupboards before I unpack?
Yes, internal cupboard, drawer and wardrobe cleaning can be quoted as an extra. Tell us how many areas need attention and ensure they will be empty and accessible.
Can you clean after renovation work?
Our move-in offer is residential cleaning. Tell us about any building work or unusual dust before requesting a quote so we can assess suitability; do not assume builders’ cleaning or hazardous material removal is included.
Can I continue with regular cleaning afterwards?
Yes. Once the initial clean is complete, you can enquire about weekly or fortnightly care, subject to scheduling availability.
