House cleaning prices in Brisbane
Your cleaning price should reflect the work your home needs. Eco Clean QLD uses hourly pricing for residential cleaning, with a minimum booking of two hours and extras agreed separately. Your first clean and ongoing visits
Every new residential client begins with a deep clean. That first visit is assessed and priced as deep cleaning, including when you want weekly or fortnightly maintenance afterwards. Ongoing maintenance, returning-client one-off visits and deep cleaning are different services, so compare the scope as well as the rate.
What changes the cleaning time
Rooms and size
Bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, floor area and the layout of the home.
Current condition
Accumulated grease, bathroom build-up and dirt that needs more detailed attention.
Belongings and surfaces
Numerous objects, delicate finishes and large areas of glass can require more time.
Pets
Heavy hair or additional cleaning needs can affect the work involved.
Extras
Oven interiors, windows, blinds, cupboards and other selected tasks are assessed separately.
Illustrative cleaning times
For a maintained home, the owner’s examples are around three hours for two bedrooms, a kitchen and two bathrooms, and around four hours for three to four bedrooms, a kitchen and three bathrooms, with one cleaner. These are examples of regular maintenance, not fixed-price packages. They do not represent the first deep clean, and your property may need more or less time.
What your estimate means
The calculator provides an indication based on the details you enter. Photos and a clear description help us review it. We agree the cleaning scope, price, date and time before confirming a booking. Selecting extras or submitting an enquiry does not automatically reserve a slot.
The two-hour minimum is the smallest booking duration, not a whole-home completion guarantee. If your priorities require more time, we discuss that when planning the appointment. Any additional work and its price are agreed before it begins.
Products and equipment
We bring cleaning products and equipment. Tell us about delicate materials and any product preferences before booking so we can discuss a suitable approach. Careful surface cleaning is included in the service; specialist restoration is not.

Is there a weekly or fortnightly discount?
There is no separate frequency discount. Regular cleaning has its own service scope, while your first appointment is a deep clean. The amount of work and selected extras determine the estimate.
Why are some extras priced from a starting amount?
Items vary in size, quantity and condition. A starting amount is an indication rather than a guaranteed price for every property. We confirm the actual cost for the agreed work.
How are Airbnb and move-in cleans priced?
Send the property details and required scope. Airbnb requests also need the changeover window and linen requirements. These appointments are assessed individually to reflect the property, cleaning scope and timing.
