Deep cleaning gives more time to the parts of your home that need attention beyond routine maintenance. Eco Clean QLD provides carefully planned deep house cleaning across Brisbane, including the first appointment for every new residential client. We assess the condition, agree priorities and quote the work before booking.
When a deeper clean makes a difference
Grease on kitchen surfaces, soap and mineral build-up in showers, dusty skirting and neglected corners can take more than a regular visit to address. A deep clean can also suit a seasonal refresh or a home where everyday cleaning has become difficult to keep up with. Tell us what you have noticed and which rooms you want prioritised.

Kitchen surfaces and fittings
More detailed attention to grease on the cooktop, splashback, rangehood exterior and suitable cabinet fronts.
Bathrooms
Time for soap residue, mineral deposits and dirt on suitable shower surfaces, tiles, tapware, basins and fittings.
Accessible detail
Dust and marks on agreed skirting, corners and surfaces that need more than maintenance attention.
Bedrooms, living areas and floors
The usual room cleaning, with additional time based on the condition and agreed priorities.
The quote identifies the work included. Oven interiors, fridge interiors, internal windows, blinds, cupboard interiors, ceiling fans and other extras are added separately when requested. A deep clean is not an unlimited checklist or a promise that every surface can be restored.
Careful with materials and existing damage
The right method depends on both the surface and the dirt. Natural stone, timber, dark painted walls, stainless steel and coated fittings do not all respond to the same product or pressure. We use a cautious approach, including a small inconspicuous test where appropriate, and discuss limitations when marks appear to be permanent.
Cleaning may improve the appearance of a surface without removing etching, scratches, worn finishes or staining within damaged silicone or grout. This service does not include specialist mould remediation, stone restoration or repairs.
Why every new residential client starts here
An initial deep clean lets us understand your home and address accumulated cleaning needs before routine visits begin. We agree the scope and price for that first appointment. If you would like ongoing help, weekly or fortnightly cleaning can then maintain the result.
Time and pricing
Deep cleaning is assessed individually. Bathrooms, heavy grease, pet hair, numerous objects and large glass surfaces can all increase the work. Photos help us make a more useful initial estimate. A minimum booking of two hours applies, but this is not a promise that a whole-home deep clean can be completed in two hours.

Does deep cleaning include the oven?
An oven interior clean is a separately quoted extra. Tell us about it when you enquire so it can be included in the agreed scope and time.
Is a spring clean the same service?
If you want a thorough seasonal refresh, choose deep cleaning and tell us which rooms or details need attention. We assess the scope rather than applying a separate spring-clean package.
Is this a bond clean?
No. Deep cleaning is residential cleaning for the agreed areas and condition. It is not an end-of-lease inspection service and does not include a bond-back guarantee.
