Yes. Every new residential client begins with a deep clean, including when the longer-term plan is regular maintenance. We assess the scope, time and price before booking. Your initial visit is not quoted as a routine maintenance clean.

Regular cleaning maintains a home that has an established cleaning routine. Deep cleaning gives more time to accumulated dirt, grease, bathroom build-up and overlooked detail. Optional extras are agreed separately for either service.

Yes. A one-off booking does not require an ongoing schedule. If you are a new residential client, that first appointment is a deep clean. Returning clients can request a one-off maintenance visit if the home’s condition is suitable.

Weekly visits can suit busy homes with children or pets. Fortnightly visits can work well when the home is maintained between appointments. We can discuss your household and priorities when reviewing your request.

No. Move-in cleaning is available, but we do not provide bond cleaning, an end-of-lease inspection service or a bond-back guarantee.

Our current offer is residential home cleaning and Airbnb turnover cleaning. We do not offer an office or commercial cleaning service.

The agreed scope usually covers the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas: accessible surfaces and skirting, kitchen surfaces and appliance exteriors, microwave inside and out, bathroom fixtures and mirrors, vacuuming and mopping. Your quote confirms the work for your home.

Oven interiors, fridge interiors and internal windows are separately quoted extras. Other extras include blinds, cupboard interiors, fans and linen changes. A deep clean does not automatically include every extra.

Yes. We supply our own cleaning products and equipment. Let us know about delicate finishes and product preferences so we can discuss a suitable approach.

Yes. Tell us about pets and any heavy hair when you enquire, as additional work can affect the time and price. Agree how pets will be kept comfortable and clear of the areas being cleaned. Product selection depends on the task and surface.

No. Scratches, etching, damaged coatings and some permanent staining may remain after cleaning. We explain limitations and do not offer specialist surface restoration or mould remediation.

Yes, the minimum booking is two hours. This does not mean every home can be cleaned in two hours. We agree the time and priorities appropriate for your property.

As an indication, a maintained two-bedroom home with a kitchen and two bathrooms may take around three hours for one cleaner. A home with three to four bedrooms, a kitchen and three bathrooms may take around four hours. The actual duration varies, and first deep cleans are assessed separately.

No. Submitting the form sends an enquiry. We review it with you, agree the scope and price, and confirm a date and time before the booking is finalised.

There is no additional weekly or fortnightly discount. The service scope and work required determine your estimate. Regular maintenance is different from your initial deep clean.

No. You can stay or arrange access in advance. We agree how to enter and secure the home, then let you know when the clean is complete. Photographs can be arranged if you would like them.

You do not need to clean first. Clear personal items, toys and clothing from surfaces where practical, identify delicate items and ensure water and electricity are available. Agree access and pet arrangements before the visit.

The owner currently personally carries out the cleaning and works directly with clients. Regular visits help build familiarity with your home and your preferences.

The owner holds public liability insurance and a Police Check. You can ask about these before booking, and you’re welcome to view the certificate of currency.

We service homes throughout Brisbane. For nearby areas, send your suburb and postcode so we can confirm availability for your address and preferred schedule. A location enquiry is not a confirmed appointment.

Yes. We assess the property, cleaning scope and time between checkout and check-in before accepting a turnover booking. Linen changes can be quoted separately, and completion photos can be arranged.

No. The service described here covers cleaning, with linen changes when agreed. Laundry, linen hire, consumable restocking and property management are not included.
