Yes. Every new residential client begins with a deep clean so we can address accumulated cleaning needs and establish a starting point for future visits. The scope, time and price are agreed before booking.
Do I need to be home?
No. You can stay home or arrange access in advance. We agree how to enter and secure the property, then let you know when the clean is complete.
Do you supply products and equipment?
Yes. We bring cleaning products and equipment, choosing the method for the surface and the work required. Tell us about delicate finishes, pets and product preferences when you enquire.
Do you offer bond cleaning?
No. We offer move-in cleaning, but do not provide bond or end-of-lease cleaning or a bond-back guarantee.
