All services, pricing, time estimates, and results are based on the information provided at the time of booking and the condition of the property as described by the client.
The client is responsible for providing accurate details regarding the size, condition, and specific cleaning requirements of the property.
If the actual condition differs (e.g. excessive dirt, clutter, pet hair, additional rooms, or renovation debris), Eco Clean QLD reserves the right to adjust pricing, extend service time, or modify the service accordingly. These changes are not grounds for refunds or disputes.
2. Property Requirements
2.1 Utilities The property must have running water, electricity, and adequate lighting. If conditions are unsafe or utilities are unavailable, we may pause or reschedule the service.
2.2 Access & Preparation All areas to be cleaned must be accessible. Excessive clutter or blocked areas may not be cleaned. No discounts apply for inaccessible areas.
2.3 Safety We reserve the right to refuse cleaning in unsafe or unhygienic conditions.
3. Health & Safety We do not clean or handle human or animal bodily fluids (including urine, faeces, or vomit). If such conditions are present, the service may be declined.
4. Booking Duration Clients are responsible for booking sufficient time. If insufficient time is booked, the clean may be incomplete without refund.
5. Payment Terms Payment is due on the day of service. Late payments may incur additional fees.
6. Property Responsibility Once the cleaning is completed and our team has left, Eco Clean QLD is not responsible for the property. The client is responsible for securing the premises.
7. Access Instructions Clear access instructions must be provided. Delays or issues caused by access problems may result in reduced cleaning time or additional charges.
8. Photos We may take before and after photos for quality control. These will not be shared publicly without permission.
9. Linen Clean linen must be provided if bedding changes are requested. Washing linen during the service is not guaranteed.
10. Promotions Discounts are for one-time use only and cannot be combined.
11. Short Notice Bookings Bookings made within 24 hours may incur an additional fee.
12. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations:
- More than 48 hours: No fee
- Less than 48 hours: Full charge applies
Rescheduling:
- More than 24 hours: No fee
- Less than 24 hours: Fee may apply No-shows:
- Client no-show: Full charge applies
- Company: No charge, reschedule offered
13. Bond Cleaning Disclaimer We do not guarantee bond return. Final decisions are made by property managers or real estate agents.
Clients must provide all required cleaning details before the service.
14. Final Responsibility The client is responsible for confirming all cleaning requirements, including rooms and add-ons, at the time of booking.
